Marketing Manager - Telemarketing/Lead Generation

Promethean, Inc., (www.prometheanworld.com/us) is a global leader in interactive whiteboards and assessment technologies that revolutionize and empower educators to engage, educate, assess and motivate students and learners.

Due to our recent growth, we are seeking to add a Marketing Manager – Telemarketing/Lead Generation to our current team of dedicated professionals based in Alpharetta, GA. 

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.  We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a flexible paid time off program.  

Main Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and support marketing events through outbound telemarketing team, in order to improve the market coverage of the company.
• Recruit, develop and coach team representatives. 
• Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Design/prepare marketing scripts for use of the team.
• Work with senior sales and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
• Manage telemarketing data, both collection and dissemination
• Ensure Salesforce.com is kept current.
• Work with VP of Marketing to measure ROI on team’s activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Five+ years of successful experience managing a telemarketing/lead generation team.  

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Industry knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

• High energy, motivation to succeed.
