Teaching young children has never been so engaging and exciting.  All eyes are to the front when you use our teaching solution for primary pupils. You interact with our award winning Activprimary software on our Activboard or Activboard+2, both supplied with Activpens.

Activprimary empowers you to enrich the learning experiences of primary school children. All of the resources are designed to inspire and appeal to young children. The numerous resources of Activprimary can assist teachers with helping their pupils to achieve learning objectives.  High resolution, colourful images on a large bright screen are instantly attractive to children but when combined with the Activprimary tools and child-friendly resources, classroom teaching comes alive.

• Literacy – use the fairy tale and nursery rhyme characters and scenery to work with pupils to develop storyboards, and encourage discussion and debate
• Mathematics - dice, coins, grids and graphs help to communicate mathematical concepts in a fun way. Combined with resource library pictures of shops and grocery items Maths becomes relevant to the pupils everyday lives
• Geography – use maps to illustrate the shape of the world and combine with pictures of explorers to generate a story about the discovery of the world

One of the most exciting elements of our Activprimary teaching solution for teachers and pupils is the attention grabbing and time saving resource library that helps teachers to create dynamic lessons across the National Curriculum.  Activprimary can also be used with our student response system, Activote.

Deliberately simple to use (so that the technology doesn’t interfere with the Teaching and Learning), the system is equally effective in the Foundation Stage as it is within Higher Education.  Lower-case lettered handsets are available for younger children and Activote allows the answers of each pupil to be saved for retrieval later -  individually or as a class.  Results can also be exported to Excel for record keeping and further analysis where appropriate.
