Head of Global Human Capital - Reggy Charles Degen

Reggy joined Promethean in 2007. He is responsible for Global Human Capital. Having held key executive roles in BT and Orange as well as Xerox and Procter & Gamble, he brings extensive global experience and skill in helping organisations develop at significant growth rates.

Prior to joining Promethean, Reggy spent the last four  years with BT Global Services as Vice President  of Human Resources for the division’s international markets. There he oversaw the transformation of one of BT’s fastest changing activities to what is now the company’s highest growth business.

Reggy is a Belgian national; he spent a number of years with Orange in Belgium, as Head of Human Resources, helping the company take a position of market leader growing from a few employees to over 2,000 in five years.

Reggy has also held a number of senior executive positions with Xerox, Procter & Gamble as well as , a Belgian leading law firm (today Belgian branch of Allen & Overy), where he started his career as an attorney. He holds master degrees in both law and Human Resources management and is a lecturer at the University of Brussels.

Reggy lives in Brussels with his wife and two daughters.
