Chief Technology Officer - Andy Dennis
Andy joined Promethean in February 2007 as Chief Technology Officer, bringing with him a broad range of development and operational experience in technology and manufacturing. Andy’s expertise will enable him to ensure our technology and systems remain at the forefront of innovation on a global scale.
Andy’s previous position was as Group Engineering Director with Radiodetection Limited, specialising in the development & manufacture of location equipment used to detect underground utility cables and faults in optical fibre networks. Before his appointment with Radiodetection Limited, Andy previously held senior management positions with Philips Research, Philips Consumer Electronics and Simoco, with responsibility for radar systems, optical drives, mobile phone and Tetra radio systems technology products.
Andy has a Masters Degree in Physics obtained at the University of Texas, USA and a 1st Class Honours Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Aston, UK.
