MirandaNet
MirandaNet is a non-profit-making international fellowship of teachers, teacher educators, advisors, government agents, university education researchers, librarians and industry representatives.
Their aim is to enrich lifelong learning using electronic multimedia across national, cultural, commercial and political divides. Promethean have been working in partnership with MirandaNet for over three years.
In collaboration with the Institute of Education, University of London, MirandaNet provides a forum for the agents of change in education. Education in management of change strategies is seen as a key to success in ensuring that learning communities make full use of government and industry investment in electronic media.
The MirandaNet Partnership works in collaboration with companies involved in action research projects and pilot studies focusing on the impact of advanced technologies on teaching and learning. The companies that support the partnership want to see their products at the centre of good practice in life-long learning.
